What we do
Since there is an ever-increasing need for skilled workers in almost all industries in Germany and Europe, we want to place very well-trained specialists from all parts of the world in Germany and Europe. Thanks to our excellent network worldwide, we are able to meet the needs of the job market.
Our goal is:
To build a bridge so that skilled workers can come to Germany or Europe.
These are the typical, exemplary questions that we are asked for possible placement support.
- Do I have the potential for Germany or Europe?
- What further development opportunities do I have?
- Are there several options for me?
- Which language should I know?
In order to be able to answer all the questions, we attach great importance to a qualified pre-selection. This is intended to disclose personal abilities, skills and personal skills in a future-oriented manner in order to be able to assign them to professional areas and functions.
Food for thought on our part will of course be included.
How does the qualified preselection work for us?
- Reflection on the current, personal life situation
- What are the personal motivations for working life?
- What has already been achieved in the professional world?
- What makes you happy as a person?
- What frustrates or annoys you?
- What about leadership motivation?
- How do I appear to colleagues and employees?
- How do I react to new or unusual situations?
You trust us, we will find the skilled workers you need.
We build lasting relationships:
Between candidates
& Company
- We have partners in different countries. With their help, we select candidates whose profile is suitable for the German and European labor market. We enter the information into our database.
- If you submit a specific request to work with us, we will make a pre-selection and suggest a few candidates with all the necessary information. Of course, we strictly adhere to the profile that you have provided to us.
- Our candidates are very well trained. Before they come to Germany, they go through intensive preparation in their home country.
- This includes:
1. a German course (partly with technical language) up to at least B2 level,
2. Teaching intercultural skills (overview of German history, politics, economics and German culture)
3. If necessary, internships (for applicants for training positions).
This prepares applicants very well for life in Germany and Europe. Your integration is made easier.
- We support you in communicating with the candidates who have piqued your interest.
- If an employment contract is concluded, we will support you and your future employees from the visa process to entry into Germany.
